Do you offer same-day delivery?
Yes! We offer same-day delivery for orders placed before 2:00 PM (Monday–Saturday). Orders placed after 2:00 PM will be delivered the next business day.
How long do the flowers last?
With proper care, our flowers typically last between 5 to 7 days. We recommend changing the water daily, trimming stems at an angle, and keeping them away from direct sunlight and heat for maximum freshness.
Can I customize my bouquet?
Absolutely! We love creating bespoke arrangements. Simply contact us with your preferences — flower types, colors, size, and budget — and our florists will craft something beautiful just for you.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept multiple payment options for your convenience, including Credit Card, Online Banking, and Cash on Delivery (COD). All transactions are securely processed.
Do you deliver on Sundays?
We are closed on Sundays, so deliveries are not available. Orders placed on Sundays will be delivered on Monday. We resume normal delivery operations from Monday to Saturday.
How do I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via SMS or email. You can use this link to monitor your delivery status in real-time. If you have any issues, feel free to contact us for assistance.
Do you offer refunds or replacements?
