Please read these terms and conditions carefully before placing an order with Daisy & Grace Florist.
Orders & Payments All orders must be placed through our website or via our official contact channels. Full payment is required at the time of order confirmation. We accept Credit Card, Online Banking, and Cash on Delivery (COD).
Delivery Policy Same-day delivery is available for orders placed before 2:00 PM (Monday–Saturday). Delivery fees vary based on location. We are not responsible for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances such as weather or traffic.
Cancellations & Refunds Cancellations are accepted up to 24 hours before the scheduled delivery date. Refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days. No refunds are available for custom or bespoke orders.
Flower Availability & Substitutions All flowers are subject to seasonal availability. If a specific flower is unavailable, we reserve the right to substitute with a similar or higher-value bloom to maintain the aesthetic and quality of your arrangement.
Return & Exchange Policy If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We will assess the issue and offer a replacement or refund at our discretion. Photos may be required for verification.
Product Images & Descriptions We strive to display our flowers as accurately as possible. However, colors may vary slightly due to screen display and natural variations in flowers.
Customer Responsibility Please ensure that delivery addresses and contact details are accurate. We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect information provided by the customer.
Privacy Policy Your personal information is kept confidential and used solely for order processing and communication. We do not share your data with third parties.
