Shipping Information

We deliver fresh, beautiful blooms to your doorstep with care and reliability. Here's everything you need to know about our shipping and delivery services.

1. Delivery Areas
   We currently deliver within Klang Valley and surrounding areas. Please contact us if you are outside our standard delivery zone to check availability.
2. Delivery Fees
   Delivery fees are calculated based on your delivery location:
   • RM 10 — within 10km
   • RM 20 — 10km to 20km
   • FREE — orders above RM 150
3. Same-Day Delivery
   Orders placed before 2:00 PM (Monday–Saturday) will be delivered on the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM will be delivered the next business day.
4. Delivery Time Slots
   Our standard delivery hours are between 10:00 AM – 9:00 PM. You may select a preferred time slot at checkout, and we will do our best to accommodate it.
5. Delivery Confirmation
   Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation SMS or email with tracking details and an estimated delivery time.
6. Recipient Not Available
   If the recipient is not available at the time of delivery, we will:
   • Attempt to contact the recipient via phone
   • Leave the bouquet with a neighbor or building reception (if permitted)
   • Reschedule delivery for the next business day (additional fees may apply)
7. Order Tracking
   A tracking link will be sent to you via SMS or email once your order is on its way. You can use this link to monitor your delivery status in real-time.
8. Packaging
   All our bouquets are carefully wrapped in eco-friendly materials and secured in protective packaging to ensure they arrive fresh and beautiful.
9. Delivery During Public Holidays
   Delivery services may be limited during public holidays. We will notify you in advance of any changes to our delivery schedule.
